It is not the Clerk of the House Statement of Disbursements PDF opened on this desk. Identity for the FBI figure is high. Current Hill employment is medium until that official PDF is checked.
Paul Sperry and others treated the same payee line as news in 2026. Recap sites repeated it. This page does not invent a “pipeline” from the FBI into Swalwell’s office. That verb is commentary. The Clerk’s site records that Swalwell resigned April 14, 2026, and that the vacant office continues under the Clerk. That vacancy notice does not, by itself, prove where any one staffer sits today.
